Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not The Service We Expected We arrived after a long flight around 8.45pm on Jan 9th. We were REALLY hungry, and the front desk clerk told us the restaurant was open till 9.30. ( Very early for a Toronto Hotel). We just left our stuff in the room, & went straight downtstairs, only to find that IT HAD CLOSED, & it was just 8.55pm. We knocked on the glass door as a girl was stood over the cash register, she came to the door & told us she had closed because she hadn't been busy, we asked if we could at least get a drink or a sandwich & she refused . What kind of Toronto restaurant closes at this time on a Friday night? Another family was trying to get in as well to eat. The girl then came out with her coat on, & I told her I would be complaining, she just said "go ahead". SO, this is my complaint. I also complained to the front desk who gave us breakfast vouchers, we did not use them as it was DINNER we wanted not breakfast. I noticed also that we did not get our usual e mail this time to do a survey. I guess they knew what we would say. A BIG ZERO. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and quiet I am a Toronto based aircrew member who commutes to work from out of town. I always stay at the Indigo. This is probably the quietest hotel on the strip. I have stayed in many of the others and usually don't get a good night sleep because of some hockey team playing in the hallway. The Indigo has always been a quiet restful experience. Another bonus, their airport shuttle is their own. Not shared with other hotels which means that when you take the shuttle to the airport in the morning, you are going direct, not round all the houses eventually arriving at the terminal 30 minutes later. There are no bathtubs in the rooms, instead you have a large walk in shower. A bonus for me but if you need a bathtub, this wont be for you. Carpeting has been replaced with laminate flooring and I have always had a clean room with clean linens. Staff are very nice. January 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GTA Airport Hotel I have stayed at many other GTA airport hotels and this one is one of the better ones. Clean, quiet, good fitness center and even has a decent restaurant. This is now my go-to hotel at Pearson. January 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It was OK Room was a bit dated and new towels are needed (they were clean). Restaurant was open in the evening with a nice menu. I was staying on the weekend with an early flight out the following morning. Why do hotels have breakfasts starting later on the weekend. The airlines do not start later! Again, I had to skip breakfast. January 8, 2015
