Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Your staff on the front desk are very friendly and helped us with things to see in Toronto and directions and are just very nice people and when we returned from Cuba after 3 weeks just one phone call from the airport and the van was there within minuets to pick us up, very nice after the flight home to quickly be on our way to the great white north. Check-in and out was great, the restaurant was great and the staff was wonderful. Only waited 10-15 minutes for the airport shuttle each way. Would definitely stay here again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Parking limited i stayed at this location for business purpose for 4 nights from Feb 23, 2015. The parking here is crazy. I can't even get a parking spot if I arrive back at the hotel after 5 pm. The access to the hotel becomes one lane after 6 pm. The hotel allows people to park on the premises when they go on vacation after the guests' stay. I think those vehicles should be park off site to allow current guests staying there during the week tone able to find proper parking for their vehicle. My vehicle is rented. What happens if one of your staff damage the rental vehicle, will you hold responsibility for the rental vehicle? The breakfast was good only for a couple of days. Then after that, I get one toast short, no fruit salad, coffee stale, etc. The business centre did not have a copier. The front desk will not allow us to photocopy in their office. We had to find copier elsewhere and we drove to Mississauga for Fedex just to photocopy. And of course my vehicle was not available and I had to wait for someone to get it. One morning, the front desk said your car is parked behind by the fence, I said what? Your guys told me if I gave u my keys, you would bring it around to the front for me with my car warm up. I said u get my car in 10 minutes. I will be down. It was not my fault that my vehicle was not within reach. I will not carry my 2 bags and file folders to the back lane and look for my car in the cold. For 2 nights, my colleague and I ordered food in for supper. I told my colleague, when I find a parking spot, I am not losing it by driving out for supper. Once I drive out, it will be gone and then I have to surrender my keys. Location is good. The rooms were okay except one day the housekeeper took away a magazine that I have not read and replaced it with the Toronto Where magazine. I personally would not stay here again just because of the parking problem. But if I take a shuttle, it's okay, convenient enough and they do have free shuttle to/fro airport. March 2, 2015
