The hotel met my needs for business travel because it was uncomplicated, efficient and comfortable. Easy to book, good value cost, good parking system and close to the airport. The staff did a good job of promptly solving a minor problem.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 meh, Indigo or ghetto?
Despite the fresh feel Indigo promises, this hotel was more akin to a motel, including outdated furniture. Indigo Hotels promise an urban feel, but somehow, this hotel things a wallpaper mural of the Toronto skyline is what this means. Also, they promise Aveda toiletries. This hotel will give you no name stuff (which I googled and found out was made in China). Definitely a downmarket property, though if you consider the CD player beside the desk, maybe it was upmarket in 1990s.
If you need the shuttle, make sure to call from the airport, or you could be waiting a long time. also, if you miss the 10am shuttle, be prepared to wait an hour for the next one. Even if you are there a few minutes before hand, you should expect to wait!
Hallway noise was pretty loud and since the doors don't fit perfectly, there is rattling if someone else closes their door. Wonderful stuff!
Overall, this hotel was pretty disappointing and not what I was expecting.
