I would like to comliment the staff at this Holiday Inn Express, they are without a doubt the best in the industry.
They made me feel like part of a family while I was there and I will definitely stay there whenever I'm in the area.

Our stay here was great! The hotel and grounds were beautiful. And, the staff were great! I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. It was so much nicer than staying downtown. We were seeing our son off to Marine boot camp and the smiling, helpful staff made it so much easier for us. Thank you. We will come again.

I have stayed here several times and find the quality of facility and staff is great! Yes, the pool is small, but it is WARM! There was an AAU girls basketball team here and I just timed my swim around them. Quiet location because it is back from Route 20. Breakfast attendent kept the food coming!
An improvement over my first stay has been a list of recommended restaurants and take out locations. Staff is very willing to give guidance on what is nearby. Best place to stay when visiting SUNY Albany!

The room was clean. The pool was nice. The back of the property has a really nice place to sit and relax. I can't wait to go back.

this is oneof the most relaxing and most comfortable hotels i have stayed at the staff was excellent i believe his name was nick he did a wonderful job making sure my stay was great.

I have just completed my 7th stay in the past three months and I have NEVER had an issue. Rooms are CLEAN, furniture is comfortable, TV is current, Restaurant for AM breakfast is more than adequate and check-In/Out is friendly and quick and most of all STAFF is most accommodating! What else could I possibly ask for from a property? Highly recommended for anyone around the UALBANY Campus area because I have stayed at most of the 'others' and none match the cleanliness and value.
