Rushed business trip to Belfast, booked this hotel at the last minute and got there neraly 11 pm. the staff were really courteous and helpful, even got me a takeaway pizza when they realised there was nothing hot left on the menu!
And the complimentary coffee after I came back the next day all tired out was wonderful...thank you guys, you made the hard journey more bearable.
The room and bathroom (which happened to be disabled access-friendly) were passable and comfortable, I really had no time to notice anything else!
Will stay here again if needs be.

we stayed for one night before having to go to a early flight, so choose because of location, front desk staff were very friendly and willing to help, we left at 6 and hot breakfast didnt start till 6.30 but still had choices of cereals, breads etc, was overall very plesent, rooms were clean and comfortable

The Lady Mangeress who was duty when we stayed was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and informative and is a credit to the organisation she works for.

My husband and I stayed at HIE for a total of 10 nights on our recent trip to Northern Ireland. We had a most comfortable and relaxing visit in the area and enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Leann and all the front end staff were very pleasant and helpful. The service staff took care of our room efficiently and quickly each day. The breakfasts were bountiful and delicious. All the staff were rushing around to be sure that everyone was given prompt and courteous service. Walking distance to outlet stores, restaurants and ASDA was a plus for us. My only suggestions for change would be that the bed, although very comfortable, could have been a standard queen size and I was not able to access WIFI from our room.

What makes staying at this hotel great for me is the staff, they are very welcoming, polite and professional, and nothing is too much trouble. I stay here regularly and would recommend to anybody.

My stay was very nice. The Service staff was excellent. Pointing out particularly, Joe, who had helped my Parents, Aunt and myself in many ways to make our stay comfortable. All staff we met and dealt with were cheery and hospitable, ready to help us in any way. I would highly recommend to anyone this hotel.
The breakfast was very nice. It had a great variety of hot and cold foods.
The only service I would like to see improved is the offer of free internet/ wifi service.

We stayed here recently for a long weekend & feel that it was a great choice for us with a superb location to what we needed. The staff were all very friendly & welcoming & the breakfast selection choice was more than we expected with everything from continental to full English. Whilst our room was clean & the beds comfortable, I felt it was a bit small for a family of 4 (not much room to move about). Overall though our stay was most enjoyable.

I spent 6 nights and Ihad a lovely stay. Friendly staff, clean room and tasty breakfast. Location not bad either.
