We recently stayed here and enjoyed our brief stay very much.
The staff could not have been more helpful......many thanks!
The accommodation and the breakfast were excellent. Also
it was nice to be able to go to the dining room for a cup of tea or an orange juice if and when we pleased (at no additional charge).
We would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to all fellow travellers.

We stayed here 4 times, coming and going on two back to back road trips. We returned to this particular hotel so many times because of the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by name each time after our first visit, and had a very nice experience with the helpful staff. Nichole does a great job at the front desk, and the hotel is beautifully decorated and top notch. We like this location because it is in a nicer part of Barstow near the outlet center and there are nice restaurants nearby. This hotel always has cookies and the pool is beautiful. We felt so at home there. Seriously, I wish I had a reason to go to Barstow again just to stay at my favorite HI Express!

Staff friendly, breakfast included was excellent. Easy walk to outlet. Easy access to freeway. Only downside was I couldn't figure out how to cool the room.

Thanks to the Holiday in Express in Barstow for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable as we run across the country to raise money for the cause of youth travel! We had a great stay and a great breakfast!!!

Price is a little high but definitely the best that you will find in Barstow. We will be back if on our way to somewhere!!

We live in a world based on value. This hotel is in need of some upgrades if the hotel brand wants to remain consistent with itself. This particular Holiday Inn Express was the most expensive HIE that I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in several hundred# and was by far the worst value comparitively. I assume that the price is so high because it's in the middle of nowhere, but to me #a platinum priority club member) the price should be based on what you get...not just simply because there's nothing else around. I travel all over the country and try to stay in a Holiday Inn Express whenever possible. However, the next time I am in Barstow overnight I will be staying somewhere else.
