The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many things to choose from and again the attending staff was very pleasant and friendly. Location was perfect for us to shop and explore the area.My husband and I agree we would choose this hotel again should we travel to Batavia.

MAJOR billing issues- still have not been resolved after 4 tries.
2 dirty sinks in one room,
another room had a toilet that sprayed all over the toilet seat and wall when flushed

pool was rather chilly, esp. for kids. everything else about property was lovely; room, lighting, breakfast and staff.

We have stayed in every hotel in Batavia and this place is amazing. Clean and beautiful decor. Little store to purchase food. Bathrooms elegant and modern. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast area with good food. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was a chilly pool room with even colder water--but the little ones still swam!!! Have paid twice the rate for hotels that do not even compare with this one!!!

I was appalled, to say the least, and totally grossed out, for lack of better words, when i pulled back the bed covers to go to sleep and found numerous short black hairs on the pillows and within the sheets. I went to the other bed only to find numerous long blond hairs on the pillows and within the sheets. I immediately called down to the desk and was told I could change rooms. At that late hour, undress and ready for bed, the last thing I wanted to do was get dressed, pack all of my belongings up and move to another room. I chose to sleep on top of the bed, with my clothes on, but needless to say i didn't sleep well being so upset and disgusted by the whole ordeal. I spoke with a manager who told me she could compensate me with points, but only 5000. I thought my troubles were worth much more than that, however, was told that was the maximum allowed. To date I still have NOT received ANY points. I am very unhappy with this whole situation.

We were greeted as,Priority members on sign in. Also we were remembered as having previously stayed at Hotel. Enjoyed the time to relax in our spacious room.
