酒店给我提供了非常好的服务,房间得到了升级.客房内也很干净整洁.特别感谢一下门口迎宾的几位小伙子,热情礼貌,也为我介绍了很多北京的特色,为我的旅游提供了许多建议.十分勤快地为我安排出租车,为客人服务的主动性值得赞扬.
行政酒廊的几位服务员的服务也很热情体贴,能感受到家的舒适和自在.
说一下需要改进的地方,首先是酒店设施有些老旧,浴缸设施有些老化.另外就是门口打车非常困难,经常需要等很久才有空车,建议酒店与出租车公司进行洽谈合作,解决这个问题.
下次来北京还会选择入住,期待再次感受贵酒店的服务!

No room available when I arrive in the hotel. I waited like 2 hours. Welcome fruits are only 3 apples. So cheap? Instant service line, no one answer it. I feel terrible in this hotel! And I feel disappointed about intercontinental. Intercontinental is the luxury hotel brand? Are you kidding me? So bad terrible and horrible hotel!

1. It is very inconvenient to use internet and wifi in room as it needs to be signed on every day. Sometimes, the connection times out in the middle of my websapp. Since the service is already free of charge, why need such trouble to sign on.
2. The staff in the Moonsoon restaurant need to improve their service quality. They are too engage in their work such that they shout to each other in the restaurant. It seems I am in a local Chinese restaurant rather than in a luxury international hotel. Also, they don't greet the guest in the lift or corridor. They do not have the courtesy to let the guest to enter the lift first.
3. During one day, I need to call the operator for 3 times so that I can get a bucket of ice cubes.

5月22日晚上到的酒店,酒店的服务冷冰冰的,房间没有欢迎水果,第二天早上,打电话到客服部投诉了,依然没有送过来。服务相当差!

I went to the seafood buffet during my stay. The food is very cheap compare with the price. I asked the manager why there is no good seafood for a seafood buffet?He told me that many seafood is not ready to serve. This is not the correct answer. If you do not have enough time to prepare the food, you should delay the buffet time. You can not say we do not have time to prepare the food but you open the buffet to the guests.

Due to my business nature, I need to travel to Beijing once every 2-3 months. Since your hotel has the geograhic advantage; i.e. close to my office, I therefore have my stay there every time. Hopefully, my feedback enable to my furture stays to be more pleasant.
My 1st visit there was back in Aug 2012, my first night there was a horrible experience whereby I found my back was full iof rashes at woke up at aound 2am due to the unbearable itching. Luckily you staff was helpful enough to help to change to another room but it was almost 4am before I went back to sleep. Please note that I have to get up at 7am to go to work the following morning.
Also, when I call your front desk to ask for a shaving kit in English, nobod could understand me until after having to wait for the manager. So I would suggest to upgrade your staff's English skill.
My next stay in Nov 2012 was ok except the check-in process wa slow. There were staff behind the counter next to the check-in one but they just stood there even seeing people lining up for check-in.
My last stay was March this year. The check-in process has greatly improved. There was 2 people ahead of me and only 2 ladies working behind the counter. Wonder why you do not put more people to help if there is a line, it was aound 12pm. Anyway, one of your staff was very helpful and led me to 6th floor to do the check-in. That was the service I would expect from such a famous brand name hotel. Nevertheless, at the check out on a Friday morning, again only 2 staff working behind the counter. Customers normally need to get the check-out done to either catch a plane or something. I think you may want to look into the service standard at the check-in check-out counter.
My most pleasant time would be having breakfast on the 6th floor. The ladies there provided great service, so a big thumb up for them.
