Stayed 3 nights in the 'ladies' room with elliptical and hair drying accessories. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Good spread for breakfast, decent dinner selections too. Staff was quick to replace a broken desk lamp. Only complaint was having to pay for wifi. Bargain room rate was an added value. Outlet stores and a supermarket are across the street for shopping.

Standard HI Express. Located on city outskirts so if you are on wheels its OK. Room 100% HI Express standards. No mini bar, no closets, pretty small but just enough. Free WiFi, but no room upgrade for Platinum members. Staff OK excluding Roberta. No welcome no smile, very strange behavior. Maybe she had a bad day but nevertheless I think that smile is included in price:).
Yes, it is very clean place especially according to Italian standards.

The room with sofa and queen bed on high floor with free wifi is tiny.
Typical old version of European Holiday Inn Express design.
Open closet to hang clothes
Basic but very decent and quiet (when staff does not slam the doors).
Old TV set with basic selection of international channels
Comfortable bed
Small bathroom with shower and bidet.
Clean (but mould in the bathroom)
No fridge (ice machine on ground floor)
Good
- Friendly staff at check-in and check-out
- (Fast) wifi in the rooms was offered (but need to enter the code everytime)
- Location is convenient as an airport hotel, if you have a car (but the hotel is located in a soulless commercial zone)
- Free parking
Bad
- Staff cleared the breakfast room 30 minutes ahead of time (which means: no eggs, no yogurt) ... and took food for their own breakfast 15 minutes before closure time !!
- Shower head was broken, with lime scale (very poor water pressure)
- Housemaid entered the room without knocking despite the Do Not Disturb sign (there was no reason for her to enter the room as it was in the middle of afternoon).
- Mould in the bathroom
- Only one large towel in the bathroom
- Breakfast is very basic)

A classic HI express located couple of km far from the highway. Convenientely located if you need to visit the fair. Small, clean, essential. If you can find a good price (below 50€) it's a tremendous deal! it is also conveniente if you want to go to the city center that is no more than 10 minutes drive.
A small glitch regarding the late checkout (seems like the desk clerk that checked me in didn't sign that i asked it for) that was solved with no issues.

We travel down to Southern Italy on a regular basis and have tried numerous hotels.
I will not be using anywhere else but this Hotel. Fantastic Value, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast buffet is amazing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We have now stayed there 6 times in the last 12 months and the high standard has been maintained

Stayed here for 3 nights. The receptionist lady kindly gave me the ladies room - a type of room designated to meet women customers' needs. Even a hair straightener was available! I was happy to find an elliptical in the room, but I couldn't use it as it made too much noise. The room was kept very clean all the time.
The hotel is situated outside the town center, but it is really close to the fair center. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the fair center - very convenient if you are visiting for business.
Breakfast was OK, but certain foods (especially scrambled eggs) do finish quickly, and you are left with lots of croissants and other carbs... Dinner is not excellent, but decent. The waiters are very very sympathetic. Actually all the staff members I talked to were very kind and helpful. But unfortunately, there is no room service.
All in all, for that price it was a really nice hotel. Highly recommended for the visitors of Bologna Fiera.
