The staff was friendly, the property was neat, clean, and quiet. I wish they had better deals on the room rates. We were only in town for one night. Even with our club card, and pre-paying on line, the room was expensive!

Arrived to find out i messed up on my reservation and did not have a room. It was a friday night at 6pm with a school conference in town. No other rooms for 30 miles, But WENDEY at the front desk got to work on the computer and phone and got us a room.
We are so thankfull for her. Without her i truely believe we would have been sleeping in the car that night.

I would not stay at this Holiday Inn again when I am in the area. The rooms were very small, bathroom also very small. The rates were high for what we got. Would definitely do more research regarding hotels in the area.

I think the money for the room was a bit high. I stay in rooms all over the area. for that amount that I paid there should be a managers reception in the evenings. I am compairing this to other properties.
The room was packed wall to wall. So again I am compairing the amount paid per night to all of the other properties... I spend most of the time 4 nights a week at some property. I am working on government perdium and that may have been why the room cost was what it was.

We stayed up here using priority points for 3 nights. Perfectly located between San Francisco and Sacramento. The manager stated that the hotel was just remodled...looked great!. The hotel was in the final phases of adding an elevator as it did not have one when built. Great option! The manager helped me out with BART and MUNI and was able to advise me on which stops to make for my family in Frisco. The breakfast was good. There were a lot of "extra hungry" people the days we ate however, the staff attempted to keep up with people eating. Parking was safe. Restaurants and shopping were close. Traffic was minmal. Internet worked great in the lobby and fair in my room. Great stay! Thank you Priority Rewards for recommending this hotel!

New renovation with nice staffs. Price is reasonable; ideal overnight stay location for 2-day Napa trip.

Free wi-fi, able to easily connect. Used the printer in the lobby at no charge. Cheerful staff. Nice selection of breakfast items. Room was up-to-date, clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent value.
