This is the 4th year my wife and I have stayed at this hotel, it is second to none in comfort, service, rooms, the list is endless, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This property is a little older now, but still offers a clean and comfortable stay. Remembering it is a limited service hotel, expect to have to go out for dinner, and pick up your own ironing board from the front desk; however, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast pretty good. Location is ideal for Burton, Derby, Lichfield meetings. Very little Priority Club recognition.

Can't fault the staff or the accomodation, but we had chosen Holiday Inn because we would get breakfast in the morning. We got down in good time to find nothing but a few rock hard overcooked sausages left! Absolutly NOTHING else - unless we wanted just toast. Very disappointing, and I would probably pay less and go to the cheaper rival up the road next time I stay in Burton.

We have stayed at this hotel more than a few time, both as a married couple and as parents of a young child, and have found both the level of welcome and level of care excellent at every visit, after six months our son was still recognised by name, and duly spoilt, this, coupled with a very acceptable choice of breakfast, ease of finding location, and ample free car parking makes this a most pleasant accommodation. Our thanks to all staff..

We had a lovely room, it was twin and was very very clean, and was shocked to see my name on the television when we walked in. We went out for a meal across the road to a hungry horse, came back and had a drink in the lovely bar. We had a very good nights sleep, in a lovely comfy bed. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay again. MR MORETON AND MRS L WAIN.

The bed in Rm 9 (I think) is totally unacceptable. It was like sleeping on the floor.
Otherwise, the stay was fine and the power shower was an added bonus.
