Unfortunately I was checked in and out by the same young lady and I can only judge the hotel performance based on this experience.
At check in I was given the wrong type of room, although the one I wanted was confirmed by the hotel 2 days before.
At check out I was told that I could not have a receipt for my payment, but to go on-line to obtain it. when I challenged this practise the young lady that I spoke to started to argue with me.
Since I use Holiday Inn hotels at least 60 times per year I would say that I know very well how the system works.
Staff needs to be retrained about Customer Service and their own systems.

Difficult to find it because of a new road. Breakfast and restaurant not full in operation on Sunday.

The hotel is ok and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The main issue is that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere....The name "Cherasco" is tricky as the hotel is quite far from the village of Cherasco.
So good experience despite the disappointment due to this inconvenient.

Negativ was that we had to wait morethen 2 hours in the restaurant the evening we arrived to get our main dish. At the last day of the stay we could not use the dining restaurant because one group was reserving the whole restaurant-space. Next possibilities to dine were at least 10 km away.
To find the hotel was quite dificult. You should mention that the hotel is nearer located to Marene then to Cherasco.
