The staff was friendly. The room was decent, and the breakfast was excellent. One thing I did not know was they apparently allow pets in the hotel. Dogs barking until 1 AM, then starting again at 7:30 AM. Guests slamming doors until 1 AM. I'm lucky if I got a few hours sleep. Unfortunately due to the dogs, and lack of consideration from the other guests, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It's not too far from the outlet.

reserved a nonsmoking room. could clearly smell smoke in room upon arrival. Called front desk, room was sprayed when we stepped out, upon return could still faintly smell smoke, ashes on far bedspread and cigarette butt in toilet.(hadn't previously been in bathroom) Room appeared clean so who smoked there and left their cigarette butt behind? Either the bathroom wasn't totally cleaned or someone with a key had a smoke. then requested a late check out in the am and was allowed a whole 30 minutes extra, not sure if I would stay again?

Gina at the front desk was excellent. She not only gave us a quiet floor away from the softball teams, she told us about a local trail that was beautiful for a walk.

I was a no-show for my reservation due to an unexpected hospitalization. I called the following week while I was rearranging my business plans, hoping to stay again - the manager waived my no-show fee for the room, which was very generous. Thanks so much! It was very professional and kind. This is why I am a platinum member - staff are confident about customer service.
