Exceeded expectation and had great rooms and location, Franks bar down street was also suggested and a great dinner & drinks.

The staff and room were great. Everything was clean and neat.
Breakfast was busy, but the breakfast lady was wonderful. We were unable to find a table to sit at, so she provided a tray for us to sit on the couch and then when a table become available, she came and moved all of our breakfast over to the cleaned table - fantastic customer service!!

We reserved a room at the 'Park and Drive' rate so that we could relax the night before an early-morning flight to begin a vacation. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable, and the shuttle service to the airport provided convenient transport to and from the airport, with just a telephone call to the front desk upon our return for pick up a week later. The staff were helpful, efficient, and happy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The overall experience was very good. The only improvements would be to offer coffee cups (a coffee maker was available in the room) and/or drinking cups for guests. When entering the room I noticed candy on the floor, indicating that the carpet had not been well vacuumed. Otherwise the stay was a good experience.
