Nice and quiet place, the staff is courteous and helpful.
Pool and jacuzzi are available. I wish there were some weights in the fittness room, but there was only cardio equipment, but it's ok.
I stayed there second time, and will chose this place again, when I have to travel to Clovis next time.

They acknowledged me as a Gold Member, which does not happen everywhere. The Air conditioning can be a bit loud and annoying at times, but that is very minor to the overall experience. Facility is kept clean and it really was a seamless in and out experience.

This Holiday Inn had great service and offered free breakfast.
You can't beat that. The staff was nice and pleasant.

You receive better service at the Fresno Holiday Inn Express than at some 5-star hotels and resorts. For example, when I had to leave for the airport at 5:20 am on a Sunday morning, the staff made certain I had hot choices for breakfast, even though breakfast did not officially begin until 7:00 am. That is exquisite service.

I like the queen beds this property offers, compared to the double beds most do at HIE. Nice and quiet while we were there.

great place, i have been staying here for the past 4 years when I visit Fresno...2-3x per year. staff is great, rooms are comfy...the only minor complaint I have is that the bathroom door automatically shuts and it gets steamy in there after a shower. A door stop in the room would be a great addition.
it's a very safe hotel as well, which is important and not listed as one of the Guest Experience Rating criteria.

Thank you Holiday Inn Express for such a wonderful stay. Many thanks to your fantastic staff who were more than accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem and all staff were so friendly and ever so helpful. This was our second stay and I have recommended other family members as well to the hotel and they have also been thrilled with the hotel's facilities and great service. A special big thank you to Daniel and Vanessa. We will be back .
