The room we had was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were great (wifi, breakfast, nice desk in room). The hotel staff was friendly but best of all was the price. We got so much more for our money at this hotel compared to other places we stayed on our vacation.

For me the hotel is in a great location, about half way between Canada and places like NY City etc.
The hotel is always very well kept, clean and modern, rooms are always spotless.
My only complaint was last time I stayed, I called ahead and made a reservation , arriving about an hour later, I checked in presenting my Platinum rewards card, was given no recognition of being Platinum status and any of the benefits that go with it.
I filled out the comment card and asked for a call back...never got a call back or even an e-mail.

The girls at the front desk were very nice and fun the breakfast was super nice. this hotel is like new and clean. A+.

We arrived about 10:30pm and found a party going on in the lobby- our room was right next to the lobby. When we inquired, the front desk told us that they would be done by 11 and if not, they would ask them to end the festivities. This was not done and the noise- party, running in the hallways- continued after 1am. The staff at the hotel did not handle this well and continually told us they were addressing it. When we complained upon check out,we were told they tried, but the group resisted. Why weren't they kicked out for not following the rules? Really did not sleep due to this!!

Great stay again only recommend a little variety at breakfast and other juices to choose from.

We stayed on our way down and on the way back. Great location, very comfortable, great service. My only request would be to add different juices to the breakfast selection such as cranberry. Flavored creamers would be nice as well. Different food selections would make it much better.

very nice hotel..bed was comfortable....pillows wherer a little too hard for my liking....overall will stay again just bring my own pillows.
