My friend and I really enjoyed the clean, relaxing and friendly stay we had here. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool - which actually had a lifeguard on duty - a first for me! Our breakfast was outstanding.

I had not stayed in this hotel for some time. It was good to see the upgrades. I wish they had upgraded the mattresses also.
The hallway by my room smelled strongly of chlorine from the indoor pool and it smelled of rotten fish on my way to the restaurant. The hostess in the restaurant in the morning did not crack a smile at all while I was there. No friendly greeting.
I will only stay here if I cannot get into another hotel in the area.

Restaurant needs more vegetarian options. More pasta dishes and just all around choices.

45 minute wait before food arrives after your order. It's eggs and bacon. To check out no one there to pay. Stapled a dollar and priority club member ticket to receipt and left. Bartenders were to busy texting or whatever with phones to be bothered by customers. I had to initiate a conversation. Food delivered was not what I ordered.

This Holiday Inn has been very accommdating The staff is great and the rooms are recently remodeled. The location is convenient to down-town Elmira and has a very easy access to interstate. I would highly recommend.

Newly renovated rooms make for a very pleasant stay. Due to a connection with the nearby College we have had numerous stays here and we couldn't be more pleased with all of our stays. The old rooms were OK but the renovations have made them very nice places to stay. Staff is very accommodating and the restaurant is above par. Enjoyable place to stay.
