Only stayed 1 night while on our way to Cornwall, Found the accessible room very comfortable & relaxing and the complement y breakfast very good.

we always stay in holiday inn because of the staff ,they speak to the kids like they are the important people. the rooms are nice and clean .

We've used this hotel several times. Always good within the limitations of the Express brand.
Room comfortable with all needed for a short stay.
Breakfast adequate with lots of choices.
Location suits us well.
Staff are invariably friendly and very helpful .

I enjoyed my stay in Exeter. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as was the proximity to the Barn Owl (pub)
My only negative comment would be that there are no fridges in the rooms. which I think is basic in a hotel room.

Check in/out was efficient and friendly.
Hotel was in convenient position for access to motorway.
Room was clean and functional.
Free car parking and wi fi always useful.

Lovely hotel in a leafy setting. The room was perfect and the comfort of the beds and pillows excellent. The staff and facilities were of a high standard which is what I have now come to expect of this chain of hotels.
