One of the better Holiday Inns, but the thing that made it for us was the excellent customer service from all the staff that helped us. They made the stay a very pleasant one. Thanks

We used the hotel for a weekend stay to visit relatives . The Internet price was good and overall we would use the hotel again. Good points , the location, the staff , free use of the gym and pool. Bad point , the lounge seating area, it was open to the elements and VERY noisy , ( screens around this would make a big difference ) and not relaxing, if this had been more comfortable we would have spent more time there. The hotel seems geared more for conferences and weddings.

En route for the Cruise Terminal in Southampton, this was the perfect place to stay the night before embarking.
The only slight complaint was that we didn't realise there was no lift - all our holiday luggage had to be taken up to the first floor. Will specify a ground floor room next time. Bedroom, restaurant and facilities were excellent.

This was our second family stay at this hotel and was every bit as good as the first, if not better. The service was great with all the staff being as polite and helpful as they could possibly be. The room, the food, the facilities were all excellent. Well done.

We spent two nights at Fareham recently and were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the excellent facilities.

This was a dissapointing stay from the start, my room was freezing and the heating was obviously broken due to an electric heater being situated in the room, although this was not turned on.
As if this was not enough my food order was completly wrong causing a long wait while it was re cooked.
I also chose this hotel for the health club, however some of the equipment was not working ,causing a wait to use anything that was still in working order
I stay in Holiday Inns at least once a week on business, this hotel fell short of the standards I experience at other locations

Nicely situated close to main towns and tourist attractions. Nice gym and spa facilities. Clean rooms with good facitlites

We stayed beause of proximity to family and enjoyed the realxed atmosphere of the lounge bar where we played board games and drank coffee ( and beer) and lso the pool and jacuzzi.
