The location is perfect (between main station and Willy Brandt Platz). The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very big with a nice bathroom.
Only Problem: one night, a football club (14 years old boys) stayed in the hotel and one group just in the room next to ours. It was quiet difficult to sleep as they run around and screamed etc.

I booked a stay for 4 nights here with my family. And from the very first minute to the last minute, I had only one thought, why would Holiday Inn build a hotel here? The location to say the least is not really up to Holiday Inn standards. Also, the services and especially the beds are just... cheap! I was really uncomfortable and vow never to return.

Lovely room, easy to get to from airport, 8 min walk from the main station. Be aware very close to the red light district, but far enough away that you can avoid it.
Reception staff were very curt and not welcoming.

rooms are bit small but quite comfy.
No bath in bathroom.
Breakfast is comprehensive and delicious.
poor surroundings but great location to the hbf.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Frankfurt within walking distance to everything. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are comfortable and is very dafe. Highly recommended!!

After a not-too enjoyable week in Liscia di Vacca residence resort in Olbia, Sardinia where the quarters stay damp, the Holiday Inn Express in Frankfurt was a welcome change. Stayed the night for stopover to Nuremberg. For the modest price, we had a quiet and comfortable room (albeit small - can't expect a luxury room for a budget price#, crisp-clean linens, and had a good breakfast. The upgraded hygiene products #versus generic shampoo/soap), and the water boiler/coffee/tea shows care in their planning. I plan to stay longer when I come back to explore Frankfurt.
