Really need an improvement in the attitude of the staff at this hotel especially compared to other Holiday Inns that we stayed at in Italy. I had the feeling they thought they were doing us a favor by letting us stay in their hotel. The parking situation is poor and according to the staff the only way to get to the parking garage is to go out and around the building. This should be fixed. The el;evator is signed to go directly into the garage but for some reason this access does not work.

I had appreciate so much the possibiility to choose between different pillows and the confort of the double bed. I like to stay in this hotel for business in Genoa. The only think that I wuold like to find different is the hall, old style and without a real bar to have a relaxing drink when I arrive in the evening. For the rest I enjoy the gym dowstairs and the real welcome breakfast in the morning.

15 minute walk from train station. Across from the ferries.
Across from a major food store-excellent for deli foods.
