这是一家真的非常有特色的洲际。
每次到杭州都会选择这家酒店，不但房间非常舒适，景观开阔，主要是酒店人员的服务真的非常让人满意。
感觉酒店的每一个员工都训练有素，而且非常敬业，从来没有面露忧郁或者不礼貌的言辞，每一次看到他们都是充满激情与热情的，让你一下子就感觉到了酒店的年轻的活力，这点感受非常的深刻。

There is excellent view of QiangTang River & be very convenient in HZ New CBD Area. Yes, it's absolutely! But seems such limited in Customer Service Experience. There is many uncovered cement pieces on the windowsill & the power outlet can't been used which is on the desk.

A brilliant building inside and out. Obviously very new and the facility was sparkling clean. The rooms are luxurious BUT the air conditioning didn't work at all in mine and it stayed around 25 the last night i was there...... Brutal. I had complained the prior day and they left me a note they would try and find a cooler room but I didn't arrive until after 9:00 that night and didn't want to pack, unpack and then repack again prior to my departure the next day. When asked at check-out if I enjoyed my stay and I told them no, that's when i was offered a gift adapter. It't a shame because everythingnelse about the facility is stellar.

There is beside QianTang River & HangZhou New Theater which area is named QianJiang New City Zone.
I think the hardware of this hotel is very outstanding with the commodious room, but the attitude of room service should be improved.

去杭州度假本是一种随遇而安的心情，住杭州洲际更是让这种心情顺其自然。不过从地下车库到大厅还是费了一番周折，说来真是有点刘佬佬的那个意思。如果在地下车库电梯门口竖五醒目的指示牌“住宿请到三楼大厅办理登记”，想必会方便许多。尽管周折一下，这里的安排还是让人赏心悦目。
