This is an old Holiday Inn but did not getting the traditional Holiday Inn treatment as the original founder start long time ago.
This is a good hotel way back ten year ago when I first stay at this hotel, after remodel, the price is got up a lot service and food is getting worst.

其实上次去住，酒店就在装修了。这次升级到行政楼层，房间全部装修过！虽然酒店是4星级，个人觉得这个只是对硬件的一个评判，但是软件方面，对洲际来讲应该都是一样的。我预定的时候是用visa高端白金信用卡，然后按要求是有房间升级和两份早餐，但是，早餐时间反倒告诉我，房间升级了。所以不含早餐，经过确认，才告诉我是含的。我说这些，就是希望你们的硬件可以和五星有区别，但是软件上应该是一样的！

front desk worst, shower bad. house keeping knock your door even you hook "do not disturb", no difference between gold member and normal....

Overall it was Excellent. Did not get a chance to try restaurants or breakfast facility.

Great location in Harbin. Staff always willing to help. Renovated room met all expectations. Super buffet breakfast.

The receptionist made a mistake during check-out. The incorrect amount was put on my credit card and she did not know how to refund on the slot machine. Take a long time to solve. No impressed.

The price is too expensive for a Holdiay Inn. Facility and service are no better than any Holiday Inn Express.
