Everything was excelent. the only thing that i would mention not negative but can be improve it will be the tv, add hd.

I travel to Jacksonville every two months or so and enjoy staying in this property:
- easy access into the city while in a quiet location.
- decent restaurant choices close by
- always clean and comfortable rooms.
- helpful and courteous staff.
This visit, I decided to stay in the evening and try the dinner offering. this was not great and I will go back to heading out for meals on future visits.

I've used StayBridge since 2010 almost exclusively. The flexibility and friendly nature of the staff kept me coming back. I was at one location for nearly two years almost every week. I have lots of points to show for it.
My recent stay in Jacksonville has probably cured me of StayBridge permanently. One "manager" and her inflexible stance over a little box fan cinched it.
The HVAC units vary greatly in each room. Some cycle all night long and some run continuously (regardless of FAN setting). They are so loud that when they cycle they wake you up. I can adapt to this with the use of a small box fan. It hums along all night and mostly drowns out the cycling of the HVAC.
The font desk has always been willing to hold the fan for me until I come back in one or three weeks, otherwise I'd be buying and throwing away a $20 fan every week.
This week I was told, we are not holding anything for guests because we are remodeling. There is not one single spot in that whole building to put the fan!
So I had to pitch it. Do they think I'll be coming back? How much does it cost a company to buy the loyalty of a patron? How many people does that person tell of his experience? Is anyone paying attention to this?!?
