I fill really go, and the staff was really kind for surelly i will reconmended the hotel and of course on my next visit i will be there

The hotel is nice, the suite have the good view but strong smoke smell in the suite. We have requested non smoking, but they not prepare it before we stay in. We have informed the front desk & they saying that will refresh the room by putting a machine & ask us to out the room for hours but when we back to suite is just a air freshener & the smoke smell still there.
As we are non smoking, so we not enjoy the stay.
The bathroom is small & the club lounge is nice but not the best.
The bed is huge but the pillow seem not that good.
The suite have a nice size & the TV in the living room putting to high position.

Lovely accommodation, beds were divine-fantastic night's sleep.
Service was very professional & friendly.
Travelling as a single parent with 3 kids can be daunting but felt very safe & comfortable, nothing was too much to ask of the staff. We used hotel as a base as we were attending a concert at Emirates Stdm.
Our only down side of the stay was nothing to do with hotel but taxi driver we used to return to the hotel after concert kept getting lost & I felt very nervous, was pleased to get back! ( not black cab as couldn't get one!)

Excellent hotel for staying as a family. Location is great, directly opposite blackfriars tube station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great rooms, excellent facilities. Will definitely stay in this hotel again

It's very rare to find a comfortable and modern hotel with 2 double beds in Central London. Crowne Plaza London hotels have never fail to impressed us.
As Platinum Priority Club member we got upgraded in both stay in London.
This stay is even better with a few minutes walk to Thames River and just across BlackFriars Tube Station.
The beds were very comfortable indeed.
Just build 1 year ago and very modern.This is indeed become our favourite family hotel in London and very keen to come back again.

Had a lovely time at this hotel,superb room and very friendly staff,we would highly recommend this hotel and will definatley return!! The hotel helped in making this a very memorable stay for us.Thankyou :)

Directly opposit Blackfriars tube, train and boat terminal it is perfectly located for a weekend visit of London.
