Stayed 6 nights at Greenwich Holiday Inn. We were three me and my 2 children.I paid for a triple room. To say it was small is an understatement.. When the sofa -bed was open could not sit at table or get to TV. 6 hangers for clothes, no drawers or closet.
The main problem was the internet down stairs in the main room.
To say it was slow is an understatement. Also every time there was a long log in process that could be eliminated totally when it worked.
Today internet is not a toy or an extra , for most people it is like water.
There was breakfast the same every day could change the menu a bit

We often stay at the Holiday Inn, always find them to be clean
and the staff helpful, at this hotel the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We booked the wrong hotel thinking it was nearer to where we needed to be. We requested a transfer. the hotel we needed to book was full so the staff booked us a taxi for the next day free of charge which took us to are location. thankyou.
Breakfast was great.

We had a great stay, it is a great distance for the O2 arena! The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only thing is that the pillows were a bit too hard for me. Breakfast was lovely but they do not have bacon in the hot food section and for the price of the room I'm sure they could of supplied this as well!

Good location for O2 arena, easy walking distance. Clean room although odd smell to water in bathroom.

Fantastic Location for anyone visiting the O2 Arena, within 10 minutes walking distance (Along a straight safe road). Same distance to North Greenwich Underground station.
Clean bathrooms with fluffy towels and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Would definitely visit again. Only one small grumble, the quality and variety of the hot breakfast items could be improved, however would not deter me from staying again.

We often stay at the Holiday Inn after events at the O2, and have never been disappointed. It's very convenient and comfortable with everything you need for an overnight stopover.

I booked this hotel for myself and my 12 year old daughter as we were going to a concert at the O2. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as there was a good choice of food at the buffet. The hotel is only a short walk from the O2 and North Grenwich tube station. I felt it offered good value for money and would definitely stay here again.
