Enjoyed a comfortable nights stay after a concert at the MEN - wasn't far from the Arena - about 5-10 mins depending on how fast you walk!! Ideally placed for shops too!! Taxi ride to train station though - only £6. No offer of breakfast from reception (wasn't requested when booking) but there is a lovely coffee shop almost next door that do a great breakfast!!!! Would definately recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Upgrade on arrival..Stayed here on
several occasions and have enjoyed the Hotel
every time.Breakfast will fill you up for the day
ahead and evening meals in the Resturant are 10/10.
Will be back again Soon...

We had a lovely stay in this super hotel . It is ideally placed, the car park is just across the road. The staff were so friendly & very helpful. The room we had was luxurious everything you could need. Definitely stay here again!!

Very nice hotel.
Not sure if the club lounge is worth the extra as drinks are served - not self service and first night wasn't that quick.
Rooms really nice and comfortable.

I normally stay at Intercontinental Hotels or Holiday Inns. Crowne Plaza seems quite well positioned between these two offerings of IHG. The provision of a Club Floor and Lounge was very much appreciated, whilst not at the same service level as Intercontinental Club Floors (obviously due to the price differentiation), the Manchester Crowne Plaza Club Lounge was quiet, comfortable and well serviced. The continental breakfast offer was adequate and fresh and I particularly appreciate the Nespresso machine for coffee.
The hotel is well located, close to the Shudehill tram stop and Manchester Victoria Station. It is also only a short walk to the city centre.
I will certainly ensure that on my next visit I stay at the Manchester Crowne Plaza.

We booked the Crowne Plaza because it was central to the MEN where we were going to see JAMES in concert. I have stayed at other Crowne Plaza hotels,but not this one.It was quite busy at reception when we got there but I cannot fault the member off staff who dealt with us,she was very useful,sorted out our parking reservation and our priority club points.
The room was FABULOUS!!! It was very modern,clean and spacious. Floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the city.I honestly cant fault a single thing about the room. We had a meal in the bar before we went out which was worth every penny. the staff were great too.
The breakfast the following morning was worth getting up early for.
We are hoping to book again in June when we go to the MEN again.

Whilst I was expecting a good, comfortable hotel, I admit to being surprised at how good it was! It just goes to show how fantastic customer service is not the norm in hotels anymore, you get used to indifference. We were met by a smiley porter who took in our luggage and parked the car. Check in was easy, rooms well appointed with fabulously comfy beds and the food was excellent. We had dinner one evening with efficient service and very tasty food and the breakfast selection was hot and fresh. All in all we were very impressed and will be back.

A: Hotel is brilliant, fantastic room, bathroom and Bed. Very clean and comfortable. I really love the idea of priority member's floor, a great idea. Free Wi-Fi in my room which is very good. Don't understand why other hotels charge for Wi-Fi
B: Great Location, close to all amenities.
B: Bar area is very nice and I love the idea that you can get good quality food at the bar, after the restaurant is closed.
C: Car park available opposite the Hotel
D: Charges for drink, car park and food are slightly expensive, but overall, a very good quality hotel. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it.
