When we arrived (around 10 PM) there was no one that helped us with our luggage, which was heavy and several pieces, so we had to take it all to our room, no free water in the rooms, not even the smallest bottle of wated in the room, even Holiday Inn rooms give free water... really, terrible... strange animals were coming out of the sewage... really bad experience and too expensive... the internet in the "business center" very slow and 1 USD per page? really???? even cheap hotels offer much more than this... thought that would receive more value staying in one of these hotels... wrong idea... won't come back...

Thank you to the staff and hotel management! My room was not ready when I got there and it took them an hour to figure everything out. I had booked a concierge suite over looking the bay, and since it took them more than 45min to prepare my room they up graded me to the Royal Palm Suite. Honestly the most memorable hotel experience I have ever had. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Miami!!

Nice hotel, and clean. Pricey parking though.
Guy at the front desk was such a nice guy (his name was something like batman). Was super nice with room choice and was fun and chilled. He even recognized us later in the lobby and got us a seat at the very lounge in the lobby for drinks. It's amazing how a little personal touch to your stay can make such a difference

I read some of the negative reviews on their page and I have to say, it's shocking. I think your attitude will determine what kind of experience you have. If you come in smiling, I assure you, you will leave with a bigger smile.
This hotel is nothing less than perfect. Carlos the Reception manager, Stephanie in reception and all the staff in the Ambassador Lounge were nothing short of exceptional!! This hotel is for those who want to have a great time with pure luxury! I suggest to upgrade to the Ambassador Club. Trust me, you will love this place. Can't wait to go back!
