everything is okay except one of the front desk stuff.
i asked for a taxi reservation for the next very morning to airport,
one of the stuff who seems like a manager with glass refused my request! i could only rush to airport next morning!
and no matter what kind of request or question you asked he was always in a very bad mood and attitude.
i do not know whether it is a kind of race discrimination.
i felt so uncomfortable to have communication with that gentleman.

I am perhaps being a bit harsh, I mean the one particular person at the reception on the day I arrived was not the freindliest reception staff you can imagine
Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, bed size was very good,
The hotel is located relatively close to the town center
The only down side about the location could be the tram line which is very close and you can hear the trams till late evening and they start again early morning
There was a nice pizza take away place and a doner kebab shop nearby
The ATM at a short walking distance also came in handy
Bear in mind that the parking outside the hotel is charged parking on weekdays and if you would like to park your car at the hotel it costs 15 Euros
Overall a reasonable hotel, if only I was greeted with the usual priority club hospitality standard

Lack of facilities such as fitness center or spa, also for customer like me that use to stay for business trip.

The staff had been very friendly and acted professional exactly that what I expect from IHG hotel staff.
The service was good and the breakfast was excellent.
All in all a nice hotel which is deserved to recommend.

only slightly off center and some noise from street nearby.

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Alain Service quite poor, and not a welcoming hotel. Disappointing.
This hotel is convenient for business, but the facility is far to be perfect. In general, service is absent, and personel caring is also poor.
Not really an hotel guests want to stay for long time. Really expected more from Holiday Inn network.

The room was large, very comfortable and quiet. New-ish property well maintained. English speaking staff. Lots of small restaurants within a block. Tram line 4 takes you to the heart of the city in a few minutes. Tickets available at Tabacchi across the street. Adjacent parking facility with hotel entrance for 13 euro per night. I made the mistake of parking in another facility across the street. I paid 25 euro and the guy tried to keep a 5 euro tip without my permission. Without saying a word, he got the message that I wasn't offering a tip. Getting to it in a car is a challenge. It's far enough into the city that you put up with some pretty terrible traffic. Watch out for the scooters. They are very reckless drivers. No free breakfast.
