Please start to change your service bank in moscow.It is impossible to use credit cards with you terminal & service in Master bank.Not serious for such famous brand like Intercontinental .It is bad for your reputation

Dear Sir/Madame
My stay in your Hotel was very nice. The room was big and very beautiful. Bathroom was very nice. The room was also always very clean.
Your reception stuff is great. Smiling, attentive and very fast during check in and check out.
Breakfast was good but not something special. It is easy to understand that your stuff in the breakfast room has no experience and even they where trying their best they didn’t know what to do to provide a very good service
Also the stuff in the lobby bar was very good. Friendly and very fast
The wifi was not working on the 7th floor. Just in the lobby area. But the connection in the room was ok for me

Stayed for two days at the hotel. A convenient location in the center - two minutes to metro, comfortable rooms unforgettable view on the busy street which in these days covered with snow, the staff attentive and pleasant to talk to. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, professional stuff, nice atmosphere, space rooms, reasonable price, good cleaning service, free minibar, individual heating system. So I recommend it to everyone. And I am planninig to return over and over again.

Nope
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest room, no upgrade.It was pretty small with no view. Looks like a cage.
How are the rooms?
Room was small, bathroom had TV set. King size bed, decent size table.
A bit of space for me traveling alone (so i didn't need the suite).
Internet was complimentary (otherwise its a rip off)
What was your welcome gift?
Fruits only. Also free minibar but just 2 bottle of beer and 6 bottle of soda, 2 bottles of water.
Did you receive fruit in the room?
Yes. 6 small fruits in a nice setting. But no knife, no napkin
What was good?
- Great location (near from city center)
- View from the lounge
What was bad?
- Small fruit plate
- Room was small (not really up to usual IC standards)
- Internet was very slow at times, also needed to log in every time after the PC went to sleep.
-Expensive car parking rate ( $50 per 24 hours, or $4 for hour, if you use car you cann't pay for day, you need pay every time when you go to the city)
Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
RA benefits it was ok. Otherwise it is a overpriced. Best suggestion - Holiday Inn Sokolniki - more space in room, nice mini bar, near subway
