The location was convenient for my business meetings and to the expected standard of comfort for a HIE. The free WiFi for priority club members is a very helpful addition from last time I stayed. I do wish they would change the fruit jiuce as it is very poor. I was unhappy that the problem I raised after my first night with the plug jamming in the bathroom sink was not resolved. I reported at reception to a lady and a gentleman and presumed it had been sorted. No. It would have been nice to be told it could not be resolved and to be offered another room. I raised this again when I checked out.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, clean room and bath room. Breakfast on the lite side, no much choice but considering the price, good value as the location make for easy access to Swansea.Have stayed there before, will stay again and would recommend this hotel.
could do with a small refrigerator and more importantly a safe in the room.

Arrived late and left early next day, left with good impression however. Standard items at breakfast, as expected. Nice comfortable bed!!! Good location, easily visible from M4, no noise from motorway.

Always stay here as it's so easy to get to, close to Swansea and good value. Manager is very friendly and helpful but other staff sometimes seem rushed off their feet.
Room has been cold lately but otherwise good standard rooms.
Priority Club members get 10% off first drink at bar.

Stayed at this hotel a few times -excellent location for access to M4 or for short hop into Swansea. I had a ground floor room, the window faces striaght outside the car parking area and is level with passers by which I was not to keen on. Hotel was quiet - only con is wi-fi access which at £4.50 per hour is too much. You have to sit in the restaurant / bar area to access it for free which is not conducive to work with people talking in the background and the TV on. Food is okay but expensive for what it is.

The staff made us feel very welcome and there was nothing we could fault..breakfast very good.harvester next door good as well..
Bathroom was excellent.we have stayed at hotels with much higher star ratings with inferior bathroom facilities.only complaint it rained most of the weekend.cant blame the hotel for that.
