I was very pleased with the size of the room, as we are a family of six. Finding hotel rooms that would accept a large family is challenging and often times disappointing to pay so much and not really have enough room. This hotel had plenty of room for us, even for a week long stay. Everyone was very courteous and the breakfast buffet included saved us money and time. The room was clean, comfortable and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the past two years. My family and I love it here! We didn't even look for any other place to stay, booking Staybridge as soon as we knew we were heading to Disney World again. The entire staff was wonderful: so helpful and friendly. Our room was great. With seven of us sharing a two-bedroom suite, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a little solitude, or sit together in the living area and enjoy each others' company. My grandchildren can't say enough good things about the pool! No matter what time we got home from the parks, they were always happy to swim and relax at the end of our busy days. My husband and son felt the same way about the hot tub! The breakfast that was served daily was very much appreciated by all of us. We always got a good meal, with quite a few choices of food items. And this year we also enjoyed the middle-of-the-week evening snacks provided by the hotel. We had hotdogs one night, cheese and crackers the next. I highly recommend this Staybridge hotel to any family looking for a great place to stay in Lake Buena Vista!

Had a really pleasant stay, staff were helpful and accommodating. We had a missed out on a one stay, so they helped us by reducing the price of that one night. Room was spacious and always clean. Kitchen had all the necessities.
Only one down side to the stay was that if you wanted to purchase tickets to the theme parks, you had to go to an associated partner hotel of holiday inn. There they take you on tour presentation of their hotel known as Time share. This wasted nearly 4hours of time where they try and force you to become an owner of one their properties and making you put down a High Deposit there and then. I did not Like the fact that they keep bringing in people to Persuade you to purchase a property worth $48,000 and make monthly installments regardless of either going on Vacation or not in coming years. Please try and purchase your tickets else where if you can where there is no time share presentation involved. Lost a day at the parks because of it which meant lost out on money.
