I appreciate the restaurant's flexibilty. We need to catch train and leave at 6:40. Although the coffee shop open at 6:30am, but most of the food are ready at 6am. Though there is no server, we still can have our breakfast before we leave.
However, the curtains in the rooms are not fully light-prevented. My room-mate and myself were being woken by the light throught the window for both nights.

we had a good time in the hotel.the service is good.but it can be bettter in the room and comfort.i like your hotel in qiandaohu .the room is good and comfortable very much.

I think because of the Labor day holidays, the restaurant are crowded. The chefs served food in a hurry. The waiter cannot clean up the table properly.

Hello,
thanks for the nice and comfortable stay in your hotel. The service, the location as well as the hotel as such is very beautiful. The day after I was staying in the IC Beichen in Peking- believe me IC Qingdao is in all categories the better choice.
I will return- that´s for sure.

Overall impression and experience are quite good. However, there is a small area for improvement. I had had a breakfast in your restaurant, I not yet finished my breakfast and continued to take my food, When I were back to my seat, I found they had cleaned up my table, but they did not say any "sorry" to me or give me a coffee, hope this will not happen again in future.

I stay at this location several times a year and am always treated very well. My room is spotless, staff are friendly and the food is good. For my business the location is not so convenient, but the hotel is worth the extra travel. If you are wanting to stay downtown in Qingdao the location is very good and I very much enjoy walking along the oceanfront in the mornings.

Such a nice location and great service.
I will go back to this hotel.
Only one bad thing was internet service.
Most of people carry more than one divices.
It was such a painful experience to connect my 2nd divice to intenet.
Please upgrade internet connection service.
