Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Not positive May 9 I spent one night at this hotel to attend a conference. Checked in around 10 pm, was assured by friendly evening staff that I was able to check out later the next day. On May 10 am the first staff that I encountered (unfortunately) was Ms. Alla, rudely told me I could not have late checkout. I insisted to get my 2 hours extension. Please...hotel service is supposed to be hospitable! Ms. Alla needs training for customer service. This encounter made this a negative experience. Other staff were great. Room--nicely renovated, but needs a bit sprucing up. The comforter had light stain. Carpet is not really clean. One slow elevator (with musty odor). Conference--coffee cup is miniature...need at least 3 cups! Hot water for tea was luke warm. Lunch was OK for cold cuts and salads. Room temperature goes from warm to really cold! Lots of free parking. Nice pool...did not get a chance to use! Overall...not too positive! 15. Mai 2013

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Wonderful change from the old Holiday Inn Express I don't know when this place was remodeled, because it has been a few years since i have stayed here when it was the Holiday Inn Express. But WOW! simply beautiful!! I was impressed with the new decor and the room was stunning! It was a much needed upgrade. The front desk person who checked me in was very professional. The only bad thing i can say about this place is what i have been complaining about for years: GET DECENT COFFEE IN THE ROOMS!! In this day and age, there is no excuse for the terrible coffee you offer your guests in the rooms!! Last time i made a comment about this, they told me there was a starbucks 1 block away. I need my coffee 1st thing when i wake up before i get dressed so i am not going to go to starbucks. Now i just bring my own coffee. 26. April 2013
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Wow Prior to booking my stay I read the reviews of the other customers...let me just say I was underwhelmed and very suspect as to what I might find...let me tell you that I was truly overwhelmed with all moments of truth that I participated in which included of course Check-in, the gym, the on-site dining room and of course my room. Our room was on the 6th floor facing away from I-80 (no noise...very quiet) it was very comfortable with room to spread out. The bedding was very nice and the bathroom well equipped. The gym had plenty of equipment all in working order and the dinner was very good and reasonably priced. As for the service, we were treated like they wanted us there and were excited to serve us. This included the Dining staff as well as the check-in. All in this was more that I expected and would definitely stay again. 18. April 2013
