I am in serious doubt about how often they exchange the pillows in the room. I get the fact that they would change the sheets or the covers, but I wonder how often they change the pillow.
I had a horrible moment as I tried to lie down as the smell from the pillow was awful. It smelt like the headrest on the taxi...
I called the housekeeping but they've only changed the cover of it and it didn't help, I gave up and I had to put fresh towels on top of the pillow throughout the rest of the week.
I am a frequent visitor.. FYI

Nice room, comfortable bed, wonderful view.
All of the time, service is great according to past experience here.
Only this time checkin is very slow and maybe because of big pressure, the Reception works with no smile which really causes bad feelings, especially it is almost mid-night of that day.
But it is also happy to see that hotel makes efforts to improve during my stay.

I've been staying at this property for a few times recently owing to convenient location. Impressed with the view of the balcony, very relaxing overlooking greens. Also, fishes in the pond.
Sad to see the manager of the lounge leaving on 1 May, he's been very informative and professional. Look forward to his successor soon.
Will surely be back in this hotel next time in Shenzhen!

I reserved business sense including breafast. but check in reception stuff said this package not include breakfast. She was not knowledgeable stuff !

I was staying at room 5106. The audio system in the room is great, but the TV set is outdated, small and bad resolutions.
