I stay at your hotel quite often as I travel to and from home to my work in Asia. From time to time I have had meals served to me from your restaurant at the Bar 75. I am almost always disappointed. If it was an isolated case then I could understand but even the last time I stayed, I asked for chicken caesar salad and was served chicken that was microwaved and didnt even taste like chicken. Just terrible!
On this recent trip I ended up with a stomach bug from eating your food. Hainanese Chicken on this trip plus something I didnt want or pay for! I would have thought a hotel of your standing could get their food right!
I have had other problems over the years with your restaurant as well.
A shame really!

This is one of my favorite hotels. It's such a comfortable option for a Changi airport stay. It's a bit of a splurge compared to the transit hotels but can be worth it if you want to treat yourself. My only real complaint is the cost of internet. It's not even provided to Priority Club members.

First, I made reservation on the phone. My English is not perfect, however the operator was very kind, calm, polite women.
The room was excellent. Good quality of shampoo, conditioner, soap. Towel was clean too.
Two service I wanted more was free breakfast and wifi in the room.
Expensive for just sleep for 6 hours (because I arrived in Singapore at 4am in the morning. Then check out time was 12pm. )
Overall I'd love to stay again or recommend someone.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a Singapore stopover, it was a very short ride on the monorail from the terminal and the staff were friendly and courteous. We found the room to be very clean, the bed was super comfy and we had a great nights sleep. My seven year old was straight into the pool and had a refreshing swim after a long flight. Will be back for sure.

Crowne Plaza at Singapore Airport is in a great place. Out of the hotel straight into terminal 3 check in area.

I spent a night at the Crowne Plaza as I had a 7:00 am flight. I wason the ninth floor and there was an all night party going on in the halls and room next to mine. I got very little sleep and when I left the room at 4:00 am, an hour earlier than planned, the party was still going on.
When I told the clerk at the desk she shrugged her shoulders like I was crazy.

This is a good hotel spoiled by an expensive and substandard Internet facilities, and by the noise of aircraft thrust reversers as aircraft land from 05:30 in the morning. Bar prices are very high, and the snack menu is poor. The pool is a special treat, with trees to swim round, and the staff are very polite.
