the lift was broken which I know is not fault of the staff but the way they dealt with it was terrible
rude, unhelpful, dimissive, lazy generally useless
Would never stay here again

Every thing fine except for the heater over the bed. We finished by turning it off at night.

Very comfortable Hotel bedroom excellent staff very helpful when i returned late at night car park full was shown where to park by a member of staff. would always use the Hotel when I visit Swindon

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and was once again a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are very clean and tidy, with a lovely bed and a choice of firmness in pillows. The reception is very welcoming, have been very helpful when we have forgotten toothbrushes before and have some behind the counter. The breakfast in the morning is full of options and very filling. We will definatley be staying again.

Love this hotel staff always friendly and the steak is excellent. Would recommend to anyone but as I am a female business traveller would recommend as always feel safe.
