The staff at the Crown Plaza is excellent. My long stays away from home are made much easier by the comfortable environment. The hotel has several good places to eat. The ladies working the executive lounge do an outstanding job. They are friendly and are always helping in finding places in Tianjin to explore.

Excellent hotel with great amenities and nice close location to the airport. The downside is there is not a lot of things to do close by but a good Irish Pub right behind the hotel. With several restaurants in the hotel you have everything you need and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

I found there is a new team instead of the professional one who I knew before. They need more training, no sence of customer focus. It was first time I did not receive my welcome letter there. And my boss got a non-smoking room which was bad smell.Some guests smoke in Louge, and no one stop them. No one asked me "coffee or tea" when I had breadfast. Compared with several months ago, the service quarlity is much lower. I changed the hotel this time in Tianjin after last saty in Binhai Crowne Plaza

The hotel was great! The only negative was that dinner took a while to get out to our group. Yes we had a large group but it still took too long to get our dinner. I would recommend staying here though!

I like to stay at Tingjin Binhai Crown Plaza hotel each time when I arrive in Tianjin. The spacious lobby bar, clean swimming pool and the comfortable bed are among the main reasons why I enjoy my stay at this hotel. I appreciate the service provided by the hotel and I do believe that this hotel is a real guests friendly one.
I'll stay at this hotel again next time when I arrive in Tianjin.
