I had a amazingly good experience in spending 1 night at the Crown Plaza Capitole Toulouse. The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind.
The room was just perfect, very quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is a buffet with a large variety of choice and the general atmosphere in the hotel was good.
I can only recommend this place.

was not sure at first if i had made the right choice of hotel or area as not familiar with the area. however, soon to learn area choice and hotel very good. nice and clean too.
only downside was the cost of taxi from airport to hotel (no fault of the hotel) expensive at 38 euros.
however, hotel was good, clean, comfortable.
we were a family of 4 with two children 17 and 19. the room accommodated us well as can be difficult to get one room for four adults.
breakfast was good with a variety of choice. hot or cold.
would recommend this hotel and area any time.

Excellant location, staff is awesome and accomodating, I really enjoyed my stay and everything regarding the hotel.

We were not awarded any recognition as Gold Priority Club Member and the welcome was very controlled. No upgrade although the hotel was not very full. Breakfast was a ridiculous price at 24 euros per person but an exquisite main course in the restaurant was cheaper.
No slippers in the room and only one robe. It took 45 minutes and 2 phone calls for a pair of slippers to be sent; that we were informed was the only pair that could be found in the whole of the hotel that evening.
The Maitre D'hotel was very charming and lunch was a very good experience. Perhaps all staff, particularly reception needs to take a leaf out of that team and come across a little friendly.

Great hotel for staying in Plaza area. Only complaint would be that room was still too warm as was the case when I was there last time. Cooling system does not come on. Opeing window helps but there is a lot of nopise outside so does not work so well. Hope to come back a couple more times this year so hope this gets fixed.

I stayed at the Crown during a business trip in early December 2012. The staff were fantastic and when I needed help with some business meeting preparations they went out of their way to help make my meetings a success. They deserve to be commended!

During my recent stay (11/11 - 11/17) the phone in my room was unable to make calls to outside lines. This prevented me from making any business calls to the US, but more importantly prevented me from making personal calls to my family. The staff tried to accomodate me by allowing me to make personal calls from the front desk however I did not have any privacy and the environment was noisy. I requested the hotel to provide some sort of compensation for my trouble and they offered to give additional priority club points. The amount of points they offered (200 points) does not meet my expectations for not having access to outside lines from within my room for 5 nights (11/11 - 11/16). I would like the Crown Plaza to provide a more substantial compensation for my trouble. Thank you for your time.
