I often go to WUXI for business ,so i often live in InterContinental
they give me good service and the environment really quiet.nobody can bother you .If you have any question they will answer you immediately .

Elegant hotel environment, all aspects of service are good, traffic is very convenient, close to the center of shopping.The room is nice and clean, the bed is soft and big, the food is good.And the transportation is good. A true five start hotel, good always take this hotel as the choice and it never dispoints me.

1. breakfast self-service is one of my favorite place to go, the staff always smile and friendly
2. the reception is always kindly
3.the room is new and have a nice view
It is a pity that I don't use the swimming pool all the time. i MUST have the experience in it next time.

Room is very nice. Location is convenient to get access to city motor way. Only problem is the metro construction underneath the hotel.

I stay regular in Interconti Wuxi and Interconti Shanghau Pudong.
First of all the upgrade in Wuxi is not a real upgrade. It is just a room on a higher floor.
In Shanghai I really get a room upgrade and the room is much better than the one Wuxi is giving to me.
In SH I get always a welcome present in Wuxi I have never got one.
The "fresh" orange juice got really bad in Wuxi. Now it taste like cheap juice from the can mixed with a little fresh juice.
Breakfast in SH especially orange juice is better.
In genereal I try to spend more time at Interconti SH than Wuxi because of this big difference in Service and room.
It is hard for me to understand how it can be so different when both hotels are Intercontinental.
