The hotel locate in downtown and easy for shopping and dinner.
However I'd stayed in this hotel for more than 5 times, and the facilities getting older and older, which looks like a 3-star hotel.
The service is just so so, when I went to the reception to prolong my stay, I saw one guy asking the room key of my room and the receptionist going to gave the key to this guy without any cetification check, it made me felt very unsafe and disappointed.

过去常住三号楼，最近公司压缩出差标准搬到四号楼住一年了，这次四号楼房间紧张，升级到三号，住2天连生3级，三号楼，套房，公寓，确实很好，感谢酒店对老客户的照顾。其实四号楼也很好，经济实惠，咖啡厅是我最喜欢去的地方，那里的面食非常好

I visit this hotel very often and enjoy the upgrade to suite status due to platinum status.
The Holiday Inn staff are all very friendly and the hotel joins alongside a Crowne Plaza hotel which you can equally use all their facilities.
As Platinum member am not receiving a daily paper - don't know why this service has stopped?
The Plaza Buffet is nearing 300 RMB - not value for money at all
Recognition for Priority club memers is given by both Crowne and Holiday Inn
Another issue is no executive lounge between hotels - small issue but most hotels now offer executive members room users lounge access.
The hotel bar is friendly and has free pool / darts games.
Swimming pool must be one of the largest and cleanest i've seen at a hotel with excellent facilities.

三家洲际旗下的酒店连在一起，相比较好像这家的位子更安静，离马路的距离更远。
白金升了一级房间，水果报纸的服务都有。前台服务不错，比较热情，问问题都是笑着回答的，解释也挺耐心。
房间内部没什么特别印象，应该中规中矩，睡着挺舒服。
