the all HEI properties that I have visited, breakfast is included, which makes for a great value. They are never out of food. They keep it replenished, even bananas which go really fast. Be aware the breakfast area can be busy and crowded at times. Maybe check an earlier time. Another unusual and nice feature is the outside sitting area in front. Firm, spacious bed. Soft pillows #despite what some of the cases said).
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge's tried hard, but I'm not totally sure they fully understood some of our requests.
Location for Times Sq was excellent once we found out bearings. It was only a short walk to many of the major attractions. [Less]
