found the right place. Also the lady I booked with who was in the Philippines (I think) was wonderful, she really made me want to book; and I could clearly understand her.
The only things I didn't like was the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, so I was very glad I packed some travel bottles with me. There should have been 2 bars of soap, 1 for the sink and 1 for the shower. And the towels weren't the newest looking but just okay. I was pleased the pillows weren't gigantic like some hotels I've been in, they were of appropriate size. The staff member in the hallway was friendly when I said hello, he smiled back. The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful and considering the location we got good value for our money. My brother and I had to share a king bed because there were no double beds left but he was excited over the city view being on the 20th floor so it turned out well I guess. [Less]
