2 days prior to my arrival, had a few calls with Wendy to ensure all 5 rooms are booked with specific requirements. - She was very patient alright!
still early so I called the hotel asking for directions. They guided me to take a direct transport to Huizhou Terminal then changed to a taxi to Huizhou, Crowne Plaza. - Very Interesting Road Trip. Haha
Arriving at this hotel for the first time... Walked behind the bell boy quietly to the reception in Bermudas and T-Shirt. Front desk staff was sharp! I bet she saw my old INTERCONTINENTAL GOLD coloured luggage tag and immediately directed him to bring me to the VIP check-in area before I even reach the counter! I then asked for all 5 of our club rooms to be on the same floor as all the others will only arrive at 1pm.
Lunch in Nobel Court:
Kick-off lunch with four executives from listed companies and the service staff were very nice and polite.
Supper in Western Restaurant:
RETA assured me that my wanton noodle will be ready soon and she will attend to it personally as all my guest had been served.
- how to get angry when someone gives you a personal touch? I was really hungry then.. Good service & keep up those lovely smiles!
SPA & Full Body Massage in the Hotel:
Price is very reasonable at around 300+ RMB. You can choose to do it in your room or they will give you a nice room for massage at Basement 1.
Dinner in Ishiyama Japanese Restaurant:
Managed to get a room to host a dinner for 8. Thanks to the same lady at the front desk that checked me in for arranging everything. It was Full House!

Breakfast in Club Lounge:
2 days in a row I was the first and only customer. Nothing to complain on the service as I prefer to eat in a quite environment.
Breakfast in the Western Restaurant:
After having mine upstairs in the club lounge, I would head down for tea with my clients while they prefer to have it downstairs due to the wide variety available.
Angela remembers I always want fresh orange juice. - Felt the personal touch of good service! Well Done!

The facilities are very good, just like a resort.
The Club Lounge International needs improvement. No soft drinks or snacks provided until you ask the staff to provide for you. It seems that the guests seldom use this service so that only my family used it when I was living in this hotel. In fact, the management should encourage the customers to use this facility as all rooms are classified as Club Room, so that more customers would feel that they are treated as VIP.
