were made through a booking company, who were reluctant to switch dates. The gentleman assisting us at the hotel spoke with the agent numerous times attempting to straighten out the problem. After half an hour of explaining the situation to the booking agent to no avail, the gentleman took control and got us checked in. He actually saved us money!!
