We have no fewer than eight Amsterdam hotels, giving our guests the choice between a stay in the heart of the city’s action, a comfortable room close to the airport or train stations, or a place to stay just a little further away. This means you can choose exactly what you want from your trip to Amsterdam.
Whether it’s business, pleasure, a short stay or a wild weekend with friends, Amsterdam really does have something to offer everyone. Football fans visiting Amsterdam will undoubtedly already be aware that this city is home to one of Europe’s most celebrated football club, Ajax. The club’s home stadium, the Amsterdam Arena, is a spectacle even when empty, but if you can catch a game be sure to do so, the atmosphere is electric.
If you’d rather indulge in retail therapy than goals galore, you won’t be disappointed. Amsterdam’s shopping areas are plentiful. The Nine Streets (or ‘De Negen Straatjes’) is a series of narrow streets lined with tiny shops, the P.C. Hoofstraat is awash with designer labels and boutiques, and close to Dam Square you will find department stores and more commonly known brands. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You’ll need some stamina to explore all of this city’s shopping districts, that’s for sure. If you stay in one of our central Amsterdam hotels, you’ll have plenty of shops to go at right on your doorstep.
The Dutch Capital is also home to scores of museums. Most notably, this includes Anne Frank House, the Amsterdam Museum and the Tropenmuseum.
Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is a travel hub with international flights coming in and out from all over Europe, the USA and even Asia. So pack a bag and let us make you at home in the heart of the Netherlands.
Holiday Inn IJmuiden Seaport Beach is set in a beautiful surroundings on the Dutch coast, near a marina, sand dunes and national park. Serenity and calm are the order of the day, though the commercial areas and the city centre are just a short drive from the hotel.
The architecture of the hotel is really an eye-catching model. You will be surprised by the light entering the hotel from various angles and with its ceiling to floor windows; you will love the brightness of the rooms.
Kids will love the jets in Holiday Inn Leiden's indoor pool, as well as table tennis, the PlayStation and ball pit in the Jungle Club. Our Fitness Center will keep you toned and you can hire bicycles. Relax in the sauna or with frames of billiards.
I loved my ten days at this hotel. It was beautiful, perfectly located on a canal, and full of charm. The facilities were of exceptional standard, including the pool and gym. I loved sitting out on[More]
the veranda balcony watching Amsterdam's canal life drift past, while drinking cocktails as the sun set. The room was very quiet and comfortable, especially the bed! Sleeping was very luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to rent a bicycle from the hotel for a reasonable fee. It would have been good if this hire was free, but that is a small quibble. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone wanting to feel pampered and spoilt when next in Amsterdam. [Less]
This is a typical bed and breakfast hotel which is next to Sloterdijk station that connects you to the center easily. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was well prepared, and the overall[More]
ambience was quite. Of what you get as a free breakfast, the variety were decent.
The downside is that the toilet amenities were limited, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. [Less]
