We have two Taunton hotels both within really easy access of the M5. Whether you’re passing through Taunton or sticking around a day or two, we can accommodate you within easy reach of central Taunton and its surrounding areas.
If you’re around for a couple of days, be sure to take a trip to see Taunton Castle, a beautiful example of Georgian and Norman architecture and steeped in history. This isn’t the only beautiful building Taunton has to offer, either. St Mary Magdalene Church in the town is a Grade I listed Gothic style church and is incredibly impressive.
Taunton has more than half a dozen museums and galleries, including the Harlequin Gallery, the Museum of Somerset and also Somerset’s Cricket Museum. And if cricket’s your thing, you might be lucky enough to catch a game during your stay. The County Cricket ground, home to Somerset’s county team, is in the town centre not too far from our Taunton hotels.
Taunton is really accessible. Located on the M5, our hotels are right by the motorway and easy to find. The town’s train station has direct services to London, Leeds, Plymouth, Reading and Bristol amongst others.
If you’re going to be spending some time in Taunton, stay with us. We can make you feel right at home in this Somerset town.

A really great stay on the way to our Devon holiday. The staff were fantastic with our young children and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed. We've stayed here before and we will do so again. Thank-you![Less]
Stayed over for 4 nights with my daughter to attend a local course. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only slight problem was the actual bed making ! Every night we had to remake it - pulling the[More]
sheets straight underneath and making it more comfortable - the person who made up the beds each day had a very strange method! [Less]
