The pool area has go down , the spa pool wasn't working which I enjoy but I couldn't use it so it spoilt my stay, also they taken away most of the beds that u can relax on why have they done that.?[More]
As I use to enjoy relax on them, also they use to have Fruit also tea & coffee u should have back the way it was. Also was told on the phone that we could have a room with a spa bath but when I got to front desk they said we could but there was no room left, so that wreck are stay. [Less]
