This hotel was close to everything but yet far enough away from the hub-bub of Bourbon St to allow us to quiet leisure time at the hotel. Hotel pricing was competitive for the area which tends to be[More]
quite pricey. There was an armed guard in the lobby which may distress some people but he was a great personality and a wealth of information about places in the area. The counter staff were wonderful as was the bell captain. We didn't try the restaurant because we were only in NOLA for a couple of days but the menu was varied and it smelled delicious. The bar area was not busy and the service was excellent. They serve a great Sazerac! [Less]
Great stay! We were checked in to the wrong room originally, but then they immediately corrected it, and upgraded us to a bigger room at no cost. The Valet parking staff was great, and very polite.[More]
The front desk was as well. The food in the two restaurants were really good too. We had an issue with the shower, but maintenance fixed that quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again. [Less]
Went during fleet week, so the sailors were abundant. Just made for a much more fun time on Bourbon St. As for the hotel. Awesome staff. Actually upgraded our room to a king suite. The Valet guys[More]
were nice as well. It was a great location because you could walk out the side door and be on Bourbon, yet hear none of the noise associated with it. Rooms were slightly dated, but the hotel is old (in a charming way). I would definitely stay here again, if I ever make it back to New Orleans. [Less]
