Expectations are high when you stay at a "top rated" establishment so the slightest issue can be disappointing and we were satisfied beyond our high expectations. A friend who had recently stayed elsewhere in D.C., commented that he had seen the Willard and commented that we had gone "FIRST CLASS". the delightful Natacha plus many more names I can't recall who made our stay Delightful. Kudos to the staff on the breakfast buffet & the restaurant where the food was not only fantastic but the specials were awesome as well. High marks as well to the renovated rooms with the marble showers, Nice !
